There are things in life that I remember vividly and others not so much. Sometimes it takes a little refresher for me to recall things such as how my 21st birthday really ended up. I do however remember specific things about my past pregnancies. Both of which I found out about 4 months into... which may be why this one is so different. (Not to mention the ohh 10 year difference in age..)
Okay so with this one I may overreact oh say.. A lot! Every lil twinge, kick, punch or jump this little one is doing they make well known to me. Just about everything makes me cry.. I crave Pizza Hut on a daily basis.. Tums are my friend.. It hurts to sit up half the time after slouching.. There are many days where I think awww we are having a baby! Cute, cuddly, just after bath baby smell (though if you actually think about it completely wrong to admit to) the smell of fresh diapers after opening the package, lil eye twitches while in deep sleep lifting a leg to watch it fall or the same with an arm..
Others where I block out the world and terrify myself with thoughts of overly sore boobs, dirty diapers, falling asleep holding the baby and accidentally dropping it (Sorry S) sleep deprivation, stretch marks, projectile spit up and my least favorite.. projectile poop!
I'm not used to having someone to share my pregnancy with. I've been especially lucky this time. Not only having the love of my life here to share his support but also my best friend who is in the same preggo boat as I am due only 6 days apart. Though I do believe she is giving birth with a scheduled C-Section 1 or 2 weeks prior to her due date. I could be wrong. Either way Im glad I have someone to complain to about those oh so not cute kicks, jabs and internal rib stretching via baby legs.
I told K earlier today there is no way this little one is only 6 inches or so when I can feel it kicking and punching at the same time. Plus if 6 inches was true.. I wouldnt have just been kicked in the ribs. Well.. Surprise Surpise.. I was right. According to websites and "weekly pregnancy reports" Little one is 10.5 inches in 2 days. 4.5 inches is a lil to much of a growth spurt for 2 days when I will officially be 1/2 way done with this pregnancy! Yay. If there wasn't a little one who oh would get way wasted before I got even a buzz I'd so celebrate with a fat Margarita.. but no.. I will just eat a cookie and move on..........

Glad to read a new update. The joys of impending motherhood - isn't it great. How are the girls doing? I'm so happy you've got a great guy and how cool that you've got a good friend who's in the same boat. Leene
