So I sit here waiting as patiently as possible knowing that the day after tomorrow I have my ultrasound scheduled to determine the sex of the baby. I am just a few days shy of 21 weeks now and it's driving me insane. Knowing that I am now a little over the half way mark to meet out newest little one. It's hard to walk past the baby aisles without stopping with the oohhs and ahhhs. Today when we went to Kmart to get a few more items for the girls to go to school I just had to stop and look. Finding the highchair that Kenny wants (seat goes all the way to the floor) looking at bottles and breast pumps.. stopping to look at the cute little binkys and nuks. I want to know and I want to know now! Am I shopping for tans and blues or am I shopping for pinks and purples?!?!?! I look like I swallowed a little ball now and Kenny jokingly tells me to get out of the baby aisle because everyone knows Im not pregnant.
Now maybe I am going a bit overboard but there are sooo many things I want done before the baby comes. I jokely told my dad yesterday his baby shower present to me could be new carpeting.. I want new furniture.. I want to finish painting this house, interior and exterior. I want to bring the baby into our finished home. Not just our "house". So far we have been doing really well with the whole 1 thing at a time step. As of Monday my babyshower planning will be in the works full swing. Kennys sister has been holding off until we know the sex of the baby. We want to have it early because Im due so close to the holidays, with people traveling, shopping etc. We wanted to make sure it's early enough so everyone can attend.
My brother and his girlfriend are due the last week of September! I cant wait to meet my little neice it will definately be a first! I plan on kidnapping her for a night or so for some extra practice brushing up on lil ones. So they better be prepared to hand her over!
Ok I've rambled long enough.. Time to do something a lil more productive..

Nope not married lol.. just divorced, pregnant and back in NY with a new amazing guy.. Don't need the "I Do's" to make everything with a happy ending =)
